I kind of would love it if Shiga was England and Japan's lovechild, but if we have to go by looks and personality alone, I still say Seiji takes the cake.

I figured Shiga might still be the Kalom prototype, he looks cute. I expected to see comments about his England resemblance, didn't expect so many lovechild ones, but it's a given.
This "Mie" design is actually as old as the other designs known to have existed on '04!Kitayume, but I don't have that version on me. And I like Kyoto's design as my favorite, she was the prefecture whose design I wanted to see the most,partly because I was curious if she resembled Azuki in any way. But other than hair-flowers, it's not the case.
