Kalom and Shiga have longer hair on the sides and their eyebrows are shorter, but just as bushy as England's.

I kind of would love it if Shiga was England and Japan's lovechild, but if we have to go by looks and personality alone, I still say Seiji takes the cake.

I love these three, Shiga, Mie, and Kyoto. They look so cute and cool. ;-; I feel bad, I've already started shipping Akita/Iwate, soon I'll probably be shipping Mie and Kyoto or something. /pathetic
