Uwaaah, I actually can sort of translate this
Germany, please look! A large shipment of guns has arrived from Japan. They seem to be the latest model.
I wonder if that's all right, given Italy.
"The guns of Italy and Germany"
1: Hmm... so this is an Italian gun. It seems necessary to research it a little.
(Diagram: [I think this says] The object of Germany's research--this kind of feeling, the M1910)
2: Ciao! This is the instruction manual for this gun. Women are better than guns! So you try hard too, Germany.
What kind of manual is this? It's entirely too informal! What's this... "this gun's many properties..."
3: On the one hand, [to make it more convenient?], it's very easy to clean!
Certainly, that's very convenient!
4: Ah, but due to that, when normal-strength bullets are put in and fired, the gun will break, so that's not allowed. Absolutely not.
Wha!!?
5: But don't worry! To stay safe, I special-ordered lots of weak bullets that won't hurt anyone! That's perfect!
S-so... Easy to clean >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> power .... !!!!?
6: It seems that, whether Italy is an ally or an enemy, you have to worry about him.
(Sky Italy: Pasta is tasty~)
What a mysterious country.
Himaruya's note: Guns that fell in disrepair while being used were really common, so the strong bullets of that period could not be used and so they had no choice but to use weak and safe bullets.
The Beretta is cool!
A: Big brother, it's becauuuuuuse Italy is normal, right?
(In the background: "Staring at with his eyes far away")
Even for you, there will be a time when you learn to appreciate that.

Hetalia- The Prelude?
LOL.
Prussia, your crush on Italy is so precious. Prussia, despite being the occasional dumbshit, you really are a cool older brother. I don't know, I really liked seeing a relaxed, calm and collected Prussia here. Maybe one day we'll actually see him in his serious mode? I can only wish, ha ha.
Oh well, at least they are clean. So, does this mean that Italy is actually tidy, even if he has a messy personality? Cuuuuttee~. Or is just an excuse? Ha ha.
My god, this strip was just amazing. I've always had a feeling that Volume 3 was leading up to something, and well, getting a strip that sort of throws back to the original is really interesting. Like a prelude! I love it, and finally to see both Prussia and Germany involved together too! But I am a sucker for these wartime strips. And just. All these historical strips in general. *-*
Re: Hetalia- The Prelude?
The PruIta at the end was cute. ♥
