I use polymer clay to make the shapes. All you have to do is make whatever you want with the clay, bake it in your oven, and then it hardens. I love the stuff :D

I'm done with the base part of it, black and white ribbon with some thin gold ribbon mixed in. Now I'm just working on the charms/items that will go on it. So far, I like the way it's turning out :D
