Well, if that's Pierre, according to one picture of Pierre and Pochi-kun interacting, France feeds his birds CAVIAR, so I guess they're sort of spoiled. Maybe that's why he even buys bow ties for them?

I don't get the last line of what France is saying so I lost the entire meaning of the sentence. (みっぐ？　みっく？　what is that hiragana after 気, sensei?)

The text says:
