I'm sorry if this question isn't allowed and that I ask waaay too many questions. ;^;
But I think you guys will most definitely have the answer!

The icon I am currently using on this post (Taiwan smiling)...where can I find the original picture? And would you happen to know if Himaruya officially colored it, and if not, where I could find one that is colored by a fan on the community?

It's official art and it was used for one of his buttons on his kitayume page.

You can try shuffling through his blog to try and find a picture without the text but it's pretty old work and I failed trying to find it on his blog myself.
