[Question] Old Himaruya notes on Netherlands

I'm looking for some of Himaruya's old notes about the Netherlands.  From before he published the character's design.

I don't mean the question he answers during the Christmas event of 2007 but one where he supposedly describes him as being tsundere and a xenophobe.

The only notes I recalled on Netherlands was he suppose to be a 'shady person' who is into 'young girls', as described by Finland on the Christmas event in 2007. I think he did mention him as a xenophobe (but I'm not sure since Poland has a fear of strangers as well).
