It had recently been brought to my attention that there have been some comments in regards to the Christmas event that have been way out of line. The artist is a real person. He is not a drawing machine to cater to your demands. He has a family and personal needs. Making comments about wanting to rape him or cause any bodily harm to him if he doesn't update soon is NOT okay. I understand if you are excited or impatient for updates, but please try to behave maturely. You never know who is reading your comments, would you really want something negative like this catching his attention?

Please just settle down and enjoy the story as it unfolds. I want everyone to enjoy these new strips, but any further inappropriate comments will be dealt with by a lockdown of the post and deletion of the comments.

I normally lurk the comm but...even though a bunch of yaoi fandoms do sorta have "rape is enjoyable/bastard boyfriend/rape is love/ etc" themes doesn't mean it's okay to apply it to an artist of any sort, even if they do write that kind of thing (coughfrancecough). Psychological and physical impact on an author will only derail the work any further. I mean, if you posted this about a fanfic author, chances are they're going to find out and they're going to freak. Doesn't make it any different because he's a big shot artist. Rape is never okay, it's terrible! And the fact that some of you are saying this over something petty like him updating on a schedule is terrifying.

Yeah, I know I already posted, but I am actually so mortified and disappointed that somebody would actually say this. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone, to be honest. The fact that this even needs to be addressed, is just borderline disgusting. You people can do whatever you want with the characters/whatever, I'll probably end up ignoring most rape fics/RPGs anyways. Actually saying that you would intentionally hurt the artist, joke or not, is just plain rude, and gives you a terribly selfish image.

It's stupid little things like that (coupled with a ton more, I'd assume) that make the rest of the anime community really hate this fanbase. With stupid stunts like this going on, I really can't blame them. It only takes a little bit of common sense before posting. Saying that you would do this, just over a little event... it just honestly blows my mind. I thought that this fanbase was better than that. Now, I'm not saying that all of us have gone to the shits, but...

I'm just going to keep repeating myself at this rate. I'm just honestly appalled, and the fact that I basically woke up to find this at the top of my friendslist was a horrible surprise. Just... smh, honestly.
