Seems at first that he speaks about the "power"(?) of the seiyuus and the sound of Hetalia Fantasia.
He says something about Ludwig and Denmark...

Then he tells a little story about a ¿Polish thing? and Poland and Liet are there.

The part about Germany and Denmark talks about a bridge that is being built right now over the Baltic Sea and connects those two countries. It was mentioned in the CD, so Himaruya's giving us some background info on it. Nothing terribly exciting there, I'm afraid ^^;

I don't have time for a proper translation right now since I'm drowning in final papers right now, but I'll give y'all a summary (I really don't even have time to do that, but whatever).

Poland wants to try to play the online game in HF2 and calls Lithuania. Liet is super busy with official nation stuff and doesn't really have time to talk, but Poland tries to insist that log onto the game and help him defeat a dragon. After Liet makes it painfully clear that he really, really can't right now, Poland decides he'll do it on his own. Lithuania has his doubts that Poland can figure out how to get onto the internet and figure out how to start the game and tells him to just wait until they can get together to play, but Poland assures him that he'll be fine.

Poland spends until nighttime trying to get the game to work. He tried asking America how to do it, but he's doing everything that America said to do and it still isn't working. He sits in front of his computer clicking in frustration and crying.

Then Estonia burst in on him saying something like "You're sitting there staring at the revolving lantern and crying just like Lithuania said you would be... He asked me to come and help you. I hope I'm not interrupting anything." Estonia proceeds to fix Poland's computer problem with ease and Poland embarrassedly requests that Estonia tell Lithuania that he'd managed to do it on his own and hadn't needed any help. Estonia agrees, then offers to beat the dragon for Poland too since his character has leveled up enough to do so in one hit. Poland turns him down sheepishly, but offers Estonia a pierogi (sort of Polish dumpling thing stuffed with meat) for his help and reminds him to tell Lithuania that he managed to do everything by himself. And that's how Poland's big adventure began.
