This time it's going to be a duel event. We have two events (one holiday related, and one none holiday) planned for the masses. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come.
Hey everyone!
It's time for our seasonal Hetalia meetup! This time, we will be celebrating the holidays with festive activities, games, and more!
The date has been set for the 11th, but due to the sheer number of people who attend these meetups, we are still finalizing locale. It will be held indoors, probably around or south of Ann Arbor.
We realize it will be hard for people to confirm until a place is announced, but we wanted you to be able to try and keep the 11th open.
As of right now, our plan is to use a room hosted around the Ann Arbor area. However, as expected, the room DOES cost money, so we're asking anyone who attends the Christmas event on the 11th to bring $5 to help us cover the cost of the room.
Should there be a problem later, and update will be posted here to let people know what is going on.
For those of you that will not be able to make it, there will be a smaller meet-up held on the 28th of December.
This will be a two-part event.
Part 1:
Where:
3776 S. State Street
Ann Arbor, MI 48108
For lunch and general chatting.
When:
December 28th
12:00 p.m.
Part 2:
Where:
Downtown Ann Arbor
(Starbucks Cafe, downstairs,
Corner of State and E. Liberty)
When:
December 28th
4:00 p.m.
(From there, we will go wherever we please and do photoshoots where we see fit.
As it is a college campus, many stores will be open late and provide warmth,
as well as locations to take pictures.)
Of course, you are welcome to come to both!
Please stayed tuned for finalization. We will be sending out a message to all invitees once everything is settled!
