Fan Art: Chibis help me study

Hello! I'm new here, a friend told me I should join so I could post my Continuing Adventures of Hetalia Invading My History Notebook.

I'm taking a class on how Hitler was able to take power and how that changed Germany. Since we started in the mid-1800s when Prussia was taking over all the Germanic areas.... my mind immediately went to Hetalia.



Basically, it's because Prussia was a douche. It's explained through Hetalia chibis.


Prussia and Austria bother Denmark enough that Denmark declares war, and then Prussia and Austria are all "But you're so meaaaaaan." even though that's what they wanted, to make Denmark look bad.


Prussia totally turned on Austria and bothered Austria enough to make him declare war on Prussia, making Austria look bad.


And vice versa.


Prussia thinks he's bad enough to bother France, and then some royal in Prussia thinks he can be the next king of Spain, and France doesn't like it. Prussia gets revenge by editing a telegraph enough to make France mad and declare war on Prussia. (making France look bad) (Prussia's a dick)


France and Prussia have a war. France gives up, but the people of Paris tell Napoleon III "Fuck you, we're still fighting" and continue to fight--except Prussia cuts off all supplies to Paris and starves the citizens from September until January, when they give up.


And then because Prussia wins at everything, he turns into Germany.

It was so funny, my professor was just going on about all these asshole things Bismarck, the PM of Prussia, was doing and I kept thinking "OH MY GOD, IT'S HETALIA. PRUSSIA'S A TROLL." and then I needed to stay awake, so I started sketching. XD

Aaaaagh I knew I forgot something. I was half-drawing and half-taking notes, and I tried making a mental note about putting "POOF" in there, but then my professor went on about how Bismarck was trying to do a systematic elimination of 'internal enemies' in Germany and forgot. T_T

LOL, this is great! Negl, my friends and I usually think of countries as people when we are studying... that was even finding out about Hetalia. Know there's also country-shipping O.O

I usually don't draw in my notebooks, but it's a 3-hour lecture from 6-9pm. By then I'm very tired and need to stay awake somehow. And usually around then my brain is like "nurrrrr CRAZY TIME! 8D"

I'm American, so of course we're the heroes. XD;;;

Mostly we talked about Otto von Brunswick, the dude who essentially made all the Germanic nations his bitch--not because he wanted to rule, but because he was on a 'mission from God' to unite all those who were of Germanic descent. He was a completely manipulative ass. I think a lot of Prussia's personification was taken from him, though I can't speak for pre-1800s Prussian history. ^^

That story reminds me of Chairman Mao. That utter bastard. >8C Except it seems like he's more of a mixture between Mao and Jesus and maybe Joan of Arc. I don't want Prussia to be based on a bastard! D: Prussia is an awesome dude! Who loves little birds! *heart is breaking*
