[Meet-up] Hetalia cosplay picnic in Maymont Park (Richmond, VA)
Good morning!
We're planning another cosplay meet-up in Maymont Park in Richmond, VA. It will be on Sunday, August 22nd at 1PM until the park closes (usually at 7 during the summer but it might be earlier). If Sunday doesn't work for a lot of people, we may be able to have the meet that Monday, or perhaps do it both days. xD Anyway. Lots of things are up for discussion. So far I was thinking...
*We could...
-have a picnic again
-take pictures (of course)
-maybe do some Dance Dance Hetalia like in those videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoRobSvGauw).
-play cards or bring your DS if you have multi-player stuff
-play Frisbee, catch bugs, have another round of karaoke, look at the animals or who knows.
*I will check the weather closer to the meet-up date and see if we need to bring umbrellas or prepare for hot weather.
*I will bring pizza this time, for those of you who dislike my scones. xD If everyone else could bring food or drinks too that'd be great. Perhaps bring food/drink related to your country. I'll try to remember to bring a blanket this time, as well as paper plates and napkins and cups. They also have food for sale at the cafe, but it's expensive (and they won't let you sit inside or out unless you buy something).
It's the last meet-up before school begins, so we can make it a farewell to summer. : ]
