Have you tried the anime clubs at your university / high school? I think I might put some posters up in mine and try, alot of people I've meet online who are Hetalia fans don't know about the com.

Another Newfoundland fan here! Lived in St. John's all my life, but moved to Vancouver a few years back. But, thought I'd post anyway, because I was so happy and surprised to see my hometown mentionned in the comm~ NFLD FTW :)
