MY FUNIMATION CARD CONTEST THINGY THAT I FOUND OUT ABOUT THREE DAYS BEFORE IT WAS DUE AND THUS DID AN ALL NIGHTER ON!!! This scanned a whole lot larger than I thought... But yeah, some freaky, weird collage thing that I was actually going to do anyway. It's of Chibi!Romano, Chibitalia, Rome and, yes, whom we theorize to be Himaruya. He's too cute, I propose a special tag for him! XD (Or not)

OKAY, hopefully that got the crack out of my system and that I didn't burn anybody's eyes too badly...

I love that icon so hard, you have no idea. The entire opening sequence [spoilers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enNs2nghvrA)] to that game was extremely well-done; I enjoyed it immensely, both for its aesthetics and its "Wheeee, I'm playing a new Zelda game on my shiny new DS!" (This was 2007, lol.)

Also, I read some of the other comments. I'm glad I wasn't the only one to think Grampa could do with more arm hair. MANLY men, I love them. (And LOL, suddenlynaked!France. Oh, you, France. ♥)

Th-the original Zelda game? Heavens, no! That came out a good twenty years before this one! This game, Phantom Hourglass, is actually a sequel to the 2003 game The Wind Waker (which, in turn, is a kinda-sorta sequel from the 1998 classic Ocarina of Time, arguably the best Zelda game ever). ~~shut up, Zelda nerd~~

The beginning of the game is great, but if you've watched through the entire video, you'll see that the quality gets all grainy and pixelated. As I said, this game was for the DS, so it's going to be that way, sadly. But the beginning is just SO BEAUTIFUL, I can't even.

Yeah, I think the collage took roughly eight hours? I was dilligent from 8-2 pm, then in the morning worked on and off before running to the post office at 3 in the afternoon. Loooooot of last minute detailing, though!

As I said above, TO ACHIEVE FREAKIN' SWEET PATTERNS, GO FOR THE DEPARTMENT STORE CATALOGUES!!! I used the JCPenny Fall/Winter 2008 catalogue and was in HEAVEN~ For my first few collages I did I used stuff like Vogue and Elle, fashion mags, but I didn't have any at such short notice so settled for JCPenny, only to find it's better and you get more bang for your buck! So yeah, PATTERNS ARE KEY! (in my humble opinion...)
