Greeting, Las Vegas Hetalia Cosplayers

Well, this isn't my first time attending Anime Vegas this here, but it is my first time considering cosplay. I was just wondering if Hetalia had a meeting place for cosplayers, or perhaps a panel at the com or something? I am contemplating going to the com as Vietnam (and I am having a hard time finding the costume, links anyone?) So, yeah I tried to find this information on the Anime Vegas website and I kind of failed when it came to navigating there.
