(Events) Hetalia Day 2010, Norcal

 With our lovely Hetalia day coming closer and closer, I saw that nothing was ever posted concerning Northern California (and if it was and I missed it, please let me know! ;-; I'll delete this post if this is the case and my apologies in advance.)  and I wanted to try and plan something out at least kind of early so people know in advance.  It was so fun last year and I bet it'll be just as great this year!  

So I was thinking we should have it at Japan Town in San Francisco, just as we did last year. I checked the website to see if anything was happening that day in Japan Town and there isn't. 

 It was the perfect atmosphere and there's a Kinokuniya so if you want you can buy some Hetalia goodies.  How does the meetup starting at 11:00 sound?  I don't think I should put an ending time since people tend to go whenever they need to.  

Does anyone have any suggestions with games and such?  I'll bring an ipod/speakers.  I also plan on bringing a whole bunch of seed beads so people can make jewelry of their favorite nation-tan's flag or whatever else they please. C:

Everyone should know the proper etiquette and such, but I will do several more posts before the event.

JAPANTOWN MEETUP FTW. I AGREE. XD However, I'm gonna be one of those late people as I have work (;o;) so I'll try to get out around 12-1. XD Can we make it a little later like 12ish? IT IS FINE IF YOU CAN'T THOUGH.

I remember where you worked and I yelped the other bowling alleys. Yours was cleanest and I thoguht the best way to be introduced to bowling. :D ONE DAAAAAY!

You can get off of Bart at Powell then you just walk up the street that passes Blondies and there's a bus stop. I'll get directions if you want as I don't remember the street name off the top of my head. ;.;

Since I really feel awkward in cosplay with public transport, probably not. I may or may not be partially dressed, and bring the rest of the cosplay to finish getting dressed at the meeting place (Iceland, btw. I would probably wear the slacks, shirt, and coat to and finish getting ready there)

Barring that, if I can get my roots touched up and hair trimmed, I'll be dressed as casual!Norway. :3

Hmmm~ Well, I still have two months to decide. I think the real decision is do I want to wear a wig and walk around in white stilettos all day. :'D Norway is definitely the easier cosplay, but my Iceland came out a whole lot nicer.

^^ I went last year, so I'll probably go this year, barring any school projects. Ehh, I don't know who I'll cosplay though- I can do China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan... it's too bad I can't do all 3 at once, lol
