Hetalia Day 2010 - Arizona Meet-Up

With the event approaching, and my interest peaked, I checked out the official website and since I didn't see any locations that were close to where I lived, I decided to take a crack at organizing my own get-together.

To introduce my location, I live in Tucson. If anyone living in Arizona wishes to attend a meet-up in their home state, then let's work together at organizing our own get-together. It'll take a lot of hard work for certain, but if we persevere, we can definitely make it work!

Possible things to consider:
- City/general locations. For me personally, it'd be somewhere in Tucson, Tempe or Phoenix. Likely, a vote would have to be made on what the best spot to hold the meet-up would be.
- Times. After all, we have to take things like schedules into consideration.
- Events. What will we do for fun for APH Day 2010?
- Who's coming and how many. Always got to plan ahead!

To anyone who's interested, reply to this and/or PM me. When I am certain of my own ability to schedule this and believe I have adequate interest and support/back-up for this event, I'll take it up with the people running the official site.

Let's make October 24, 2010 a day to remember!

:D Tucson Tucson!! *ahem* << I live here too. I Tucson meetup would be SO easy for me to get to! It'd be awesome.

I go to school unfortunately, but if this is a weekend there's a good chance I'd be able to make it. ;D

Well, I checked a calender and the 24th is on a Sunday, so unless you have church/weekend classes/anything else planned ahead of time, school won't have to get in the way of things.

Great :D Nope, I should be free on a weekend, so that will prob work out well. My friend ordered a cosplay wig for me awhile back, so that should have plenty of time to arrive in the mail before the meetup ^^
