Since Hetalia's characters are widely based on ethnic jokes, I went and read a couple of them online, and found one that I found so ridiculously hilarious that I had to draw it out.

So here's a bow for you!

I just wanted to draw chibis of the two, in their ethnic clothes.  So Russia is actually wearing what I found to be an ethnic clothing for Russians (online), and so is Lithuania.  Sorry if there are mistakes.

Ah, because the joke is that the old Soviet Union's regime made its people believe that they were living in the best place on earth EVAR despite tons of people starving and living in fear.

Does it make me a bad person that I love all jokes that use the scheme of people of various nationalities arguing over something or having a competition?
