[Cosplay] Colbertalia (Voice-Actors and Cosplayers needed)

So, umm... I was thinking of doing a skit with Stephen Colbert except you know, Hetalia-ized. Like the guests would be nations and it would be basically The Colbert Report. Except, I don't have enough man-power to pull it off. THIS IS FOR SACANIME.

See. I'm still working it out in my head since obviously we can't do a 30-minute skit. So I was just going to have England and France cameo and then invite a guy who wrote a book, and interview him. And hopefully make it funny. I'm trying to work in cameos of different nations like France and England.

But if you have any ideas or would like to help me work it out, I would be so grateful.

So far the cosplayers I need are:
Canada
France<- I already have a wig ready, so all I need is someone willing to play France and is going to the con 
England
Stephen Colbert
(America) 
Russia


VOICE-ACTORS: Ok, anybody from anywhere can be a voice-actor. I would very much like it if you could do the accents of the respective countries.

I need for the recordings to:

1.) Match the characters voices as much as possible, this goes more for Colbert than anything else. I really don't want a high girly voice to come from him, so I need someone who could possibly copy his voice.

2.) 5 second pauses between each line.

Also, due to time constraints, be wary of the fact that I will be heavily editing the recordings in order to fit within the two-minute limit so, please, peausing between each line is necessary,
