[ Cosplay Question ] Sailor Italy...

Helloooo!

I'm doing a sailor Italy cosplay, but I can't find any good picture of the writing on this outfit. Those I found are too blurry,doesnt look like the original or we can't see it all. Like this or this

So, I was wondering if someone have a clear image of it?
Someone told me that the middle sign may be 員 ... Means ''member of'' or ''staff''

Also, if someone know what it is, It would be cool to know the meaning too. =P
