Alfred's/US's Birthday Party Bash - July 3rd, Michigian 2010

It's almost time! The date and info is finally set.

Here's the details for you to know:

Who: Any Hetalia cosplayer/fan
What: Alfred's Birthday Party Bash
When: July 3rd, 12:00 pm - ???
Where: Elizabeth Park (in Trenton, MI) We will be meeting up in the Picnic Area B ( http://www.waynecounty.com/mygovt/dps/depts/parks/maps/ElizabethPark.pdf )
What: a fun celebration meetup to meet local Hetalia cosplayers/fans in order to celebrate the 4th of July with food, games and friends
What to bring: I am asking everyone to help donate any picnic related: anything from coal for the fire, plates, napkins, silverware, food, drinks... etc.... and even games would be fun to bring!
R.V.S.P.: Please email me at tsukeruu@gmail.com or contact me via aim - tsukeruu or msn - tsukeru@hotmail.com to tell me you are coming. Friends are invited as well, but I would like to know how many in your party is coming. Please R.V.S.P. by June 27th! It would be nice to know if you are cosplaying and as who. Please also include what you are bringing/contributing to the picnic.

We are asking everyone who comes to donate a food item and something to contribute (silverware, napkins, plates, etc...) Also, if you have any party like games you want to play, that would be great. As far as the food item, we are asking you to bring either something of your nationality or of your character's nationality. Thus far, we're expecting anywhere from 5 - 20 people. So it's more about the quantity of food as well so we'll be able to have enough for everyone.
