<lj user="noto_sama" translated some early chapters of Kitakou, unfortunately they quit but it's very understandable as to why. Himaruya's stuff is a pain in the neck to translate, especially his handwriting, combine that with people being busy and other things and it'd be like a chore to try and cover all of it. There are a ton of strips that Himaruya removed from the site though, some of them still partially exist from what fans saved and what he still has in the site files, but I'd be surprised if any of them would ever be translated due to the practically-nonexistent Western fanbase for the non-Hetalia works (Kitakou, Barjona, Chibisan, etc.) It's hard to find info on the first four or so Noto games, but it seems they didn't officially get the "Noto-sama" name until #3 or #4.
