But I think that's because, in Noto-sama. . .uhm. . .5, if I recall, you strip Prussia, much to his panic. He starts freaking out and crying and everything--especially when Hungary shows up wondering what all the commotion is about.

Pantu means underwear, so. XD

I love that old Spain and Chibiromano picture! It's an old header from November '07 or so, when he put up the unfinished "Boss Spain Doesn't Understand" strips from what I remember seeing on the archived pages of the site.

GDI I wish he has a full body pic of the magical girl Noto-sama. I wanna cosplay him and be known as the Cardcaptor Sakura ripoff or something.

Dude he has to make another series in which Noto is a magical girl and Yamato is his pet/stuffed animal thing and in which he has to fight the evil forces of Hetalia which has taken over his popularity or something.
Toyama is childhood friend romantic love interest thing.
Wakasa is Toyama's fanclub president.

This is the first I've heard of Noto-sama... I gather it's a webcomic and he's made a few(6?) games based on it? And that Noto-sama is a trap? I wanna get in on that, any translations? 8D

<lj user="noto_sama" translated some early chapters of Kitakou, unfortunately they quit but it's very understandable as to why. Himaruya's stuff is a pain in the neck to translate, especially his handwriting, combine that with people being busy and other things and it'd be like a chore to try and cover all of it. There are a ton of strips that Himaruya removed from the site though, some of them still partially exist from what fans saved and what he still has in the site files, but I'd be surprised if any of them would ever be translated due to the practically-nonexistent Western fanbase for the non-Hetalia works (Kitakou, Barjona, Chibisan, etc.) It's hard to find info on the first four or so Noto games, but it seems they didn't officially get the "Noto-sama" name until #3 or #4.

....Unnng. ;-; He looks so hot. And not skinny, nnn. And he seems to have sideburns once again. xD

But with that stance, even though he looks intimidating, I can't help but feel if someone gave him a hug he would give one crushing one back. idk

I was hoping he would draw the Bad Friends together and color them like he did with the Axis. Like the Axis, but even more so, all three have such contrasting colors in skin tone, eyes, etc with France sort of balancing the two of them, and artistically, they kind of look aesthetically pleasing together in one image. Maybe that's just me.

Then again, I would say the same for Austria and Prussia too. /rambling orz

There is a couple things to consider:

-That image back then was partly due because he was from the side and also slightly angled from the top. Himaruya's perspective looked kind of wonky, like, he was going for a certain kind and mixed two up.

-If he is getting a belly or even just more weight in general (no belly), he wouldn't have so many wrinkles going across his torso, except near the sides. His sides have no ripples to show fat development, and all his wrinkles go across his torso.

-Baggy clothes, 'nuff said.

Also, Himaruya looks like he is trying to get a feel for the different physiques of his characters again, judging from his drawings lately. His latest Hungary, to me, looks like she has two different breast sizes, lawl.
