[Question] Mysterious Poland art?

First post here, and I'm sorry to just come with a question. But I was watching This on youtube the other day and noticed a lot of art that I don't recognize. I'm 100% sure it's not on the main-page, but I could have missed them in the blog.

So I screenshoted the things I didn't know where they came from.



I'm especially curious as to where the bottom two come from, since it looks like it's actually a strip. And if there is a secret Commonwealth strip somewhere, I will cry blood if it's never found.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could help at all ♥

Well here's ANOTHER sketch of Poland in a santa outfit. Bah. I'm sure I've seen the images before but they're not on Kitayume. So they must be in his blog or from the new manga volumes. @_@; I'll look around again later. xD;

If they're not on the main page, they could be from one of the Hetalia books; I know they contain a lot of new material that was never put on the site. (How old's the video?) Huh, now I'm kinda curious... >>;
