I'll make one or two more of these promos before the actual MEP is posted, so keep your eyes peeled and sliced.
Story: If you listen to the lyrics, it's pretty good advice on how to make an AMV. C'mon, how the HRE are you suppose to render without feeling like P. Diddy? XD (In all seriousness, TikTok really is an amv maker's guide to awesome. "Grab my glasses...playing our favourite CDs...Make it pop...DJ blow my speakers up~")

There's been a few mix-ups here and there, so I've posted some common questions under the cut.
FAQ
Q. Can I submit more than one pairing?
A. Yep. You can even do same song but diff parts even. There's a SeaLat entry/ies that does this.
Q. Any song?
A. As long as its readable by Sony Vegas.
Q. What if I have two OTPS?
A. Then choose one and make a vid, or do a vid for both. Only one OTP per song.
Q. But I don't have any OTPs!
A. That's not a question love. ;D And if you don't have an OTP but still want to do this, just choose a pairing that is relevant to your interests. I won't hound you for decades for doing a vid concerning "GUYS GETTIN' IT ON WITHOUT EVERLASTING LOVE" OHMIGAWDDD.
Q. My entry is waaaay over 20 seconds. Can I still submit?
A. Because leeway is my middle name, I'll allow it. The things I do for pasta...
Q. Why is this called a MEP? Aren't MEPS supposed to edit the same song? Shouldn't this be a WORM?
A. Totally agree with you. MEPS (Multi Editor Projects) edit only one song/artist. However, the term WORM isn't as well known. Besides, all entries are editing Hetalia, so it is in a way a MEP. Kinda sorta not really...

A. Yeah pretty much. I've only recieved 3 Hetro OTPS.
Q. Are you ok with .mp4 format?
A. Not really. WMV is preferable for editing, all others are too huge/tricky.
Q. Is this going to be widescreen?
A. Err...I'll try. But everyone's different outputs will be a hassle.
Q. What's the intro?
A. Dunno, you tell me. Please.
