MochiMerica and MochIggy hats~

I made a fleecy MochiMerica hat for my ~~America~~ friend for Christmas, and now that I've given it to her I'm free to post pictures here. (along with some wintery/festive England cosplay pictures, because the snow here has been fierce!) X3

So there England was, minding his own business in a darkened room as per usual... When this bloody great BLOB landed on his head. What a pain, huh?

And as a companion piece (and to keep my ears warm because it is SOOO COLD here right now!) I made a MochIggy for myself. It's....shoddier than the America one. I intend to re-embroider it and make the blushes more prominent.

Now to the random winter pictures;

And then came the snow.

Braced against the chill...

England starts to look grumpy.....so he gets a snowball to the face. Charming.

Ho ho ho~ (Iggys' been at the mulled wine to be that jolly, methinks...)

Out of curiosity (and because I'm a Wheeler-Dealer Diamond Geezer) would anyone be interested in buying/commissioning these hats? Say, if I charged around £10 (around $16 USD)? What do you guys think? Have lots of festive fun, everybody~! ^_^V

Wow, all I ever made in school was needle case and a cushion. That was it. o_0;; No wonder my sewing skills suck monkey balls. I feel your pain with the sewing machine, too...quite literally!

XDD My flight was delayed five hours because of those two inches of snow, which was lucky actually, as otherwise we would have missed it because the snow made it take forever to get there. xDD

My family in Colorado laughed at me. xDD I love how snow brings England to a complete standstill. The day off from College was a real relief though. xD; So busy. ;m;

GAH tell me about it. As patriotic as I may be, I'm still utterly pissed off at how the country comes to a standstill after a dusting of snow. How do the Scandinavians, the Swiss, the Austrians etc etc cope then? *sigh*
Maybe it's just an excuse for everyone to bunk off work and make snowmen. Yeah, that must be it. XD;

Haha! Well, only a few inches, 5 at its' thickest, so it wasn't THAT heavy a snowfall but still quite a lot compared to what we're used to here in the West Country. X3 And thankyou! England likes his scarf, too. It absoloutly did NOT come from a girls' fashion store. o_0;;; lol.
