Alright, I've got a question that may or may not have an obvious answer. I'm going to ask it anyway, though, in hopes that I'm not punted out of the Hetalia fandom:

Is there a Belarus/Lithuania fan comm? I've been searching far and wide for one, and perhaps I overlooked it, but I'd really like to join one. ;__;

Well, I would like a bit of help on finding the CSS to spiff up the community. If you can do that, I'll write up all necessary rules, affiliate, etc. posts.

Is it alright if I just go through mintyapple and pick out a few layouts I think would look good and then send them to you? 'cause I can't make layouts to save my life ;_;
