Buying Sealand cosplay parts-Hat and shirt!

I'm looking to buy a Sealand hat and a Sealand shirt before Oct 29 for Youmacon! I know it's a short period of time, but I'll pay extra for rush shipping. I'm willing to negotiate prices in a wide range, so if you happen to have a Sealand-like Sailor Shirt or Hat, please contact me so we can arrange prices and shipping details!
