Eastern Nebraska/SW Iowa World Hetalia Day UPDATE <10/18>
Hey, Heartlanders! I finally bring you good news about our Hetalia Day gathering! (x-posted to my journal entry and the Facebook Event page because it just makes more sense)
Since we're down to the wire, I've had to weigh the options: so we've decided to host this year's Hetalia Day in the region at Family Fun Center, which is an arcade and party center for all of us to have a rip-roaring good time filled with pizza (yes, that's technically pasta too!), arcade games, miniature golf, lazer tag and so much more! Remember to arrive close to the time given so that we can organize the day's events--AND DON'T FORGET YOUR MONEY! Bring it so you can purchase a Wristband, which will get you a whole host of attractions and tokens to play with! (And if you can, bring a little extra in case one of our partygoers can't totally cover their costs!)
And don't forget to cosplay if you're able to! (Otherwise, wear something or bring something to indicate you're one of us!)
Also, remember to bring a camera or camcorder, and if you have one, Hetaliaday.com has heavily suggested this so that we can be featured as one of the many myriad of nations and regions on their website! So go find Old Glory--and remember that if you bring her, treat her with the utmost respect! (It's only common courtesy and good manners!)
