Mongolia and other less known countries!

I'm trying to made a list of all the official characters/countries that
Hidekaz Himaruya has covered so far. I've seen "Mongolia"  a few times
in Asia character group fan art. I want to know if he is an OC or based on
Hidekaz Himaruya own design? Are they an other rarely talk about official
countries/characters? I know that Tibet is one of them. Please discuss!

Mongolia, Tibet, Vietnam, and Australia.
That`s the only few I know of. We once had a possible Indonesia but I believe that was a very messy Vietnam scribble.}

I remember seeing some rough doodles of a character with a caption like "What should I do about Czechoslovakia [I think]?" or something to that effect... So it would seem like he has some working design for Czechoslovakia (again, I think) too, but I'm really not sure. I also forgot where I saw it, so iono. :\

I'm curious about this random character (http://aph.starry-sky.com/files/kiz4.gif) (to the right of Hungary) too. Himaruya's following notes suggest that it could be Moldova, but I don't really know. It's a part of this series of strips (http://aph.starry-sky.com/kiz.html).

there's also holland the silhouette, the mr.newspapers, all those japanese clan guys, & mentions of a luxemberg, a magyar, & a hun character. also, theres that black guy who seems to show up as an extra in a few strips with al in them; i like to call "that black guy."

incidentally, i was looking at some old strips & i found one that had a thing about the franch & indian. it has what may or may not be a native america-tan.

I haven't heard anything about Mongolia, though it would be very interesting.
