Afest 2009 - APH meet info

I recieved a request to post information on the Hetalia meet at Afest this year.

Afest is being hosted at the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Dallas, TX, on Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon).

Hetalia Meet:
Day: September 5th (Sat)
Time: 11 am
Location: The meet up is at the lobby fountain, but the people who planned the meet also says that they most likely have to migrate to a different area if the shoot location isn't available.

I know that some people from the cosplay.com are attending, but mind if I ask the LJ community who is also going?
I'm going to attend  as Prussia and it would be awesome to meet you all there! :3

Edit: there seems to be along with the meet, there is going to some kind of "potluck", where people are bring in food.
Edit 2: Ah, never mind. It looks like the Pot Luck is being postponed for another time.

Ahaha I'm the Korea in the thread that was suggesting the potluck and weeellll it seems that potluck's going to have to be re-scheduled for a different con/time...

Apparently we're having trouble with food storage issues...just a little note that it's kind of probably not going to happen...

Also you may want to link the thread from the beginning (http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=175057)...? It says the time and location a bit clearer there...

Well, parents are going out of town, so it depends on a friend whether I can come or not. But I have a Hungary and England cosplay if I can make it. I guess I'll do whichever is not already going.

Also, I will hopefully be attending. (As WWII uniform Prussia.) My cosplay is doing, but I'm trying hard to make sure my weekend is free... but school might ruin my plans. Argh. :'(
