Does anyone know the title and composer of the piano piece played in the DVD credits of the anime, right after Italy's "Doitsu" song?

I've been trying to search from the first time i heard it, but have found nothing. All i know is that piece was used in America's Storage Cleaning. Hope they will release it someday.
