(though I do have a few friends who watch some series specifically for the voice actors in it, whut).

*raises hand* Um, guilty as charged? :p Though I usually stop watching if the series turns out to be crap, although sometimes some of these series turn out to be so bad that they're actually good. :p *coughcoughSaintBeastcoughcough*

And after reading the ANN summary (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2008-07-24/hetalia-axis-powers-web-manga-gets-tv-anime) again, I realised the summary isn't really as bad as I remembered. It at least tries to be more factual, although I still think it doesn't really give a fair impression of what Hetalia is really about and just makes it sound really frivolous.
