This totally isn't my first posting to a community, no way.

I definitely agree that your fears are valid, but I think we probably won't have to worry TOO much, since our community as it stands now is really big and full of funny and intelligent people, so I'm going to be optimistic and count on our current crop of awesome fans to SQUASH outshine any future potential undesirable fans. (Ugh I hope that last phrase didn't sound too elitist, I couldn't think of a nicer way to phrase it. My English is FAIL.)

And it CAN happen, because I've seen it - aside from this community, another community I really like is the Katekyo Hitman Reborn one, because even though it has its share of scary crazed fangirls, there're a lot MORE other fangirls who have great fun slashing the series and yet don't take themselves too seriously.

Plus, there's also the very high possibility that the Hetalia anime will lead to even MORE awesome people joining our community, and that can never be a bad thing. :D
