Please yell at me for any mistakes I've made in doing this. I've never posted anything to LJ before D:
I'm not sure if any of these icons have been made before.... I don't remember seeing them before.... except maybe Greece (?)

I'm not very good at LJ, so I'm afraid I can't help much. By the way, if by "numbered format" you mean those boxes were icons are numbered, there is this (http://roseclear.net/icontable/) Just google "icon table generator" for more info.
