I'm not sure if any of these icons have been made before.... I don't remember seeing them before.... except maybe Greece (?)

And sadly I don't have links for the images of Germany with Prussia's laptop or the one that most of the icons cam from ;______; I've had that one saved to my computer for a while now and never realized it's icon potential until now~
I hunted through Himaruya's blog, but still couldn't find it D: However, I did re-come across some of the others so it was worth it?8D_maybeType your cut contents here.re.

I'm not very good at LJ, so I'm afraid I can't help much. By the way, if by "numbered format" you mean those boxes were icons are numbered, there is this (http://roseclear.net/icontable/) Just google "icon table generator" for more info.
