Native speakers needed? (community project)

So we all saw the awesome that is the video with the characters speaking in their own launges.
Unfortunately this movie had some rather  weird voices. so I am asking if there are any native speakers who would be intrested in voice acting!  I want to put some videos together with each of them speaking in their orginal laungae, only instead of the the block machanical tones ,we get to hear real humans speaking.
Anyway, if your intrested, I.E. you speak one of the languages in Hetalia, please comment or Email me at Darksideofthetree@yahoo.com
we will see if we have a enough  intrest.
ATTENTION
DUE TO THE EFF'ING WIN AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE COME FORWARD I HAVE LOST TRACK OF WHOM I HAVE PUT DOWN AS WHO. IF I HAVE CONFIRMED YOU A SPOT PLEASE SOUND OFF IN THE COMMENTS WITH WHICH PART I HAVE CONFIRMED.

Hmm... I have a microphone and it's okay I think, not perfect but okay.

I'm German, a girl, but I could try to speak ..manly.

[identity profile] juandalyn.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
Yay :D
I'd try Ludwig, yes. If a manly German appears I could also switch to Gilbo or HRE (I think Austria would sound great with Austrian dialect which I can't speak XD but would work as well) but I'd be happy if I could speak Ludwig :D

[identity profile] juandalyn.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:24 am (UTC)(link)
:)
Well, there are some dialects... and West Germans (me for example XD) often link East German with Saxonian dialect... but normally we all speak standard German (more or less).

*squeal* why do I feel honored now? xD

[identity profile] juandalyn.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
XD Oh yes, it's great to live in a world with so many languages even if learning them is a pain sometimes:)

[identity profile] merlin-star.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:42 am (UTC)(link)
That's not surprising, considering English is a Germanic language. :)

[identity profile] merlin-star.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:49 am (UTC)(link)
Actually, English follows other languages down dark alleys and mugs them for loose grammar. 83 ...Stating the obvious, I am, I am. Getting back to the point ('cause I'm scatterbrained and love going off on random tangents), the people who study language (linguists? Brain fart, try again later) I believe still classify English as a Germanic language. I dunno why, since it technically steals from every language, but that's not my place to call the shots. ._.;

*pops in out of nowhere upon hearing grammar discussion*
English is kinda like the pirate language, (joke unintentional) for every word it takes from Germanic origin it steals another from a Latin language. That is why English dictionaries are so freakishly huge. Not to mention the vast differences between British and American English. There are even some grammar rules that apply differently depending on the type. (I've been told the grammar in American English is a bit more confusing compared to British Grammar) Gee, you think it's obvious enough that I want to study linguistics? XD Basically, grammar wise, English is retarded. Too many rules that make no sense. ._. The only good thing about it is that it's not a gendered language, making sentence construction a bit easier.

Ehhh... German. I spoke it fluently as a child, so I'm sure the language skills are lurking in my brain somewhere. But at the moment, it's been over ten years since I've used it and it all went poof. T^T I cant even read German children's books anymore. Do you know how stupid it makes you feel to not be able to read a book you read when you were five? ._. I'm attempting to relearn it, but with difficulty. I do get this weird deja vu feeling whenever I hear it though. :P

Though I have to say the hardest language I've ever attempted to learn was Mandarin Chinese. No... Just no. Two semesters worth of classes did me no good. I still suck. *sigh*

*finishes language rant and scampers away*

Rammstein :D A German band making good music XD
It's right about the English thing, German and English are more similar than to Spanish or Italian :)

[identity profile] merlin-star.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Still, I love German grammar. XD My teacher is amazing at teaching that aspect of the language. :3

[identity profile] juandalyn.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:54 am (UTC)(link)
Really? I've heard from many people that this is the part of the language they hate most XD
But if you have a good teacher it's better than with a boring or stupid one :)

[identity profile] merlin-star.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:56 am (UTC)(link)
It's only 'cause he pokes some fun at both the English and German grammar structures. XD And he's all, "So long as you have the verb in position 2, you can do whatever you want." And then goes off in a really long sentence in German just to prove his point. ^^

[identity profile] juandalyn.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
Haha, that's nice :)

[identity profile] juandalyn.livejournal.com 2009-08-02 03:06 am (UTC)(link)
Well... I don't really know because I'm used to it, but many people say the German grammar is difficult :)

Okay, so the major rule for conjugating a verb in German is to keep it in the second "position." I'll just post a random sentence.

Ich bin ein Berliner. (lawl total JFK quote right there)

"bin" has to be in the second position. The other words? You can mix the hell out of them and it'll still make sense so long as you keep the verb in position two.

Ein Berliner bin ich. Yay, grammar win!
Ich ein Berliner bin. Aw, grammar fail. D:

I'd go on more, but I have no time. ._. My sis just got home~. XD

Rammstein isn't my favourite band but I like them, too :)
