[question] Prussia's New Hairstyle & Genderbending?

1. Lately, I've been seeing a ton of fanart of Prussia's hair styled swept up like Germany's like here and here, not to mention having it's very own pixiv TAG. xD
Just wondering about it's origin and meaning, etc.

2. Is there an official genderbent version of Prussia? If so, mind directing a link please?

Er, Himaruya posted a blog picture of Prussia brushing back his hair to look like Germany's a short while ago. (Currently I'm looking for it but I'm not finding it... hm...)

As for a genderbent Prussia, I don't think an official version exists. But maybe I'm wrong.
