Searching for a Fic

Hello! I remember reading a fic around last year involving the Netherlands and Belgium. Sadly, I didn't bookmark the fic and since it's been a while, I completely forgot the name. I do remember, however, that the fic revolved around the Netherlands being a good older brother to Belgium. The fic was split into mini vignettes and each vignette had a heading similar to "Rule *insert name*: *insert rule*".

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Hey all. I haven't done any translating in a while, so I thought I'd give the Gakuen Hetalia official game a shot. Unfortunately I lack the proper software to make an actual video with subtitles, so I hope a text translation will suffice. This bit covers the first two videos posted by this user, part one and two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJqKOxjdDw4&list=PL077E172B6B630919 You may notice some computerized speech at the beginning of the first video which is not translated in the text. That's because these were comments inserted by the uploader and they're not actually part of the game. Just talking about the order in which they would play the various paths and stuff like that; I didn't really see the need to bother translating it.
