[FanArt] These Have Nothing To Do With Halloween

Author/Artist : [livejournal.com profile] jali_jali
Character(s) or Pairing(s) : Baltics, China, France, Italy bros, Russia, US, UK
Rating : G
Warnings : men in drags, laces, fail!perspective, overdone theme
Summary : Fanarts inspired by this long-time-ago-entry, particularly this little chat. I have these images lingering too much in my head at the point it's going to be a dangerous thread to my healthy(?) brain if I don't get it out soon. To be honest, these are only sketches dump though.

I know the theme "Alice in Wonderland" is seriously overdone, but honestly; Who would object some fandom fanart in wonderland style? Well, at least I won't ;P
I have so much fun at drawing these, I hope you would have fun too enjoying it ^ ^

So without further ado, I present to you;

Italy brothers as Tweedledee and Tweedledum. I imagine them in younger age since thinking some 20-something year old men wearing those kiddy clothes kinda gave me the creeps. -_-;;

China as the Caterpillar, it's not so clear in this sketch but it actually got caterpillar print at the back of his cloak. Forgive me if he's kinda girly in this pic.

France-ossan as the Chesire Cat
Btw, I actually thinking to dress him like this, but then again sometimes France does need to actually wear something decent, lol. Thus, the design above.

UK as the Mad Hatter and US as the March Hare (thx [livejournal.com profile] konkira for pointing me out ;D). UK seems to be annoyed by US constant play of his rabbit ear in front of his eyes. XD
Okay, I admit I don't really think much about their costumes. So I apologize for the weirdness ^ ^;

And here it is, the Queen of Hearts Russia! With bad fashion sense, nonetheless.... Omg designing his costume is such a pain in the ass challenge! @_@ I don't know what else to make it fits him.
Well, he's not really playing flamingo croquet though, but....^ ^;;

Don't forget the Baltic states as the Card Soldiers. I actually pretty pleased with how it turned out their costumes. XD

Well, I guess that's it for now? I don't know what other Alice in Wonderland characters that would fit to other Hetalia characters, any suggestion? ^ ^;
I want to make these sketches into color works.....someday.

*foams at the mouth and dies happy*

The way you draw has left me nearly speechless with awe. I love all of them, and they're all so... amazing! I can't even decide which my favorite is! >.< God, I'm so in love with these, my vocabulary is going down the toilet and I'm just sitting here looking rather like a fish out of water (and look at me, I'm just babbling now D8)! XD I think I just may stare at this all day.

How is this theme over-used? I've never seen anything like this before. D:

By the way, are these all done in pencil?

You're welcome! I enjoyed them very, very much indeed! I should probably be thanking YOU for drawing such wonderful pictures and then posting them for our viewing pleasure!

Oh, I see. Well, I still think it's rather original. After all, not many have done that theme with Hetalia. X3

Oh, thank you for telling me! 8D At first it was hard to tell that they had been done with pencil or not, so I was curious to see if I was right in thinking so. ^^
