Please ignore the ugly flower. I made Frances look cleaner because I just wanted to. I mean he's the master perversion, the guru of molesting, the god of indecency! I just feel that "pervert of perverts"--or any of the titles I said--does not do him any justice D: What do you think?

I like Hungary, she's really cool. I wanted to draw her in a Victorian coat and cravat. I wanted to do the breeches, buuuut, meh. Sorry for ruining her hair. I need to work on Lithuania =3=
Also, I couldn't remember how Yong Soo looked like nor how he dressed.
