[fanart] Picture Dump Part Three!
Not very much this time, since I've been busy with some work-related pictures.
And, surprisingly, lots of different characters this time. This post will be a bitch to tag.

His hands look really weird. I wanted it to look like he's got his palms together and is kinda pointing the fingers towards you...but ergh. The idea comes from a J-fan artist drawing a pic of Korea sitting around with a t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers under the hanbok, and I thought it was cute.
Drawn for China's birthday, 10/10 (which is also Taiwan's birthday). I swear he's becoming more and more androgynous when I draw him.
She's actually in her undergarments in this pic. In ancient China, the equivalent of a bra was essentially a silk bib, and I can't speak for the panties, but it's probably like a scarf around the waist? Or they didn't wear any? Or maybe the bib was long enough that it also covered that part, too. *has to do research*
The things she's carrying are actually called "bronze hammers," which are...well, bronze balls on sticks, used for bludgeoning. Heavy duty stuff. If that hits your chest or your head, you're a goner. True story.
Have You Heard the News? Bad Things Come in Twos. (song is actually "The Little Things" by Danny Elfman. I drew this after watching "Wanted," and just thought that if the twins came after you for your head, this may very well be the last sight you take in.
Europe
I like drawing butts.
From Italy, with Love! I just figured I ought to try drawing the main character of Hetalia once in a while. He's actually harder to draw than I thought. And he looks like Korea when I draw him.
Had an art block, so I practiced drawing UK...I don't know whose hand that is, either.
"THIS ISN'T WHAT I WANTED."
The idea came from my delusions that Russia made a pact with General Winter when he first found out he was a "nation" instead of a human. The pact was that General Winter would keep Russia from enemy harm, but then as it turns out, Russia didn't quite factor in his own people when he made the pact.
"Russia is not an aggressor ♥"
I drew this immediately after reading this joke on Wikipedia:
A Frenchman, a German, and a Russian go on a safari and are trapped by cannibals. They are brought to the chief, who says, "We are going to eat you right now. But I am a civilized man, I studied human rights at the Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow, so I'll grant each of you a last request." The German asks for a mug of beer and a bratwurst. He gets it, and cannibals eat him. The French asks for three girls. He has crazy sex with them, and then follows the German. The Russian asks: "Hit me hard, right on my nose." The chief is surprised, but hits him. The Russian pulls out a Kalashnikov (AK-47) and shoots all the cannibals. The mortally wounded chief asks him: "Why didn't you do this before we ate the German?", the Russian proudly replies: "Russians are not aggressors!"
...which, sadly, can totally be drawn into a doujin.
Colonies
I'm actually really bad at drawing a person picking up another person, so I wanted to try that out, and drew young France (no whiskers or beard) with baby Canada.
Train of thought: "Man, I really want to draw UK/HK, like something heavy, but god I can't make it too heavy cuz I draw these in the staff office...I mean I..."
And now I just remembered I forgot to scan this other pic I had hidden in the back of my clipboard, oh well...
Cold War Pairing (America/Russia)
"I told you so."
Kinda like a companion piece to the "Privatize me" pic, though this time it's more like America who is leading.

aphdressingroom pairing than anything, and you really can't see HK's face...but I just wanted to draw that tattoo. It's a standing cobra with a crown and halo.
And finally, the coloured pic.
Sadly, the scanner took out a lot of the colour I had originally, so now UK's hair really blends with the background and looks like a blob of yellow.
Backgrounds kill me. Essentially I wanted a feel of a mix of East and West, and HK in the middle.
Working on the requests from this post. (Note: Requests are CLOSED and only eight will be filled.)
Status: 3/8. It would have been 1/2 if not for the fact that a cute!Turkey was hard as heck to draw.
