Nobel Prizes are jointly awarded by Sweden and Norway. The Nobel Peace Prize is the only prize presented in Oslo, Norway (the other prizes are presented in Stockholm, Sweden).
The Nobel Peace Prize laureates are selected by the Norwegian Nobel Committee which consists of five members elected by the Norwegian parliament.

Btw, Su-san isn't angry. He's very happy LOL

XDDD I tend to characterize Norway like that since it was forced into an union with Sweden till 1900s... he gotta learn a thing or two about reading Su-san's thoughts LOL
