Nobel Prizes are jointly awarded by Sweden and Norway. The Nobel Peace Prize is the only prize presented in Oslo, Norway (the other prizes are presented in Stockholm, Sweden).
The Nobel Peace Prize laureates are selected by the Norwegian Nobel Committee which consists of five members elected by the Norwegian parliament.

Btw, Su-san isn't angry. He's very happy LOL

Oh those drawings are adorable. The expressions on them are great (Finland looks huggable, you did do a good job with Norway), especially Sweden.
