Spain was having a dream about Romano jumping on him to wake him up like he used to when he was little, but he wasn't so little anymore and it hurt his vital regions.

Then he woke up from the nightmare and saw that Romano was just waiting for him to wake up with no intention on doing the 'secret wake up technique'.
You can sort of tell that the dream Romano is wearing an apron, if it helps to make it read better.
