Hello! I'm new n.n~ And well, I found this video of the Prologue in Youtube *3*~ I think the translation was taken from the one done by one of the members here, but the author of the video made it so the characters' pictures showed each time they talked! n.n It's so cute!!

I agree. In my head, Russia has a much deeper voice. Still higher than France or Germany, maybe around America at the highest....

...it seems odd for him to be so tall and have such a high voice....

Perhaps it's to make him sound creepier, or more friendly. As much as I'd rather it otherwise, I suppose it works...and one thing is for sure: you can definitely tell when he's talking. ^^;
