[MOD POST] Joint Mod Decision

Concerning a previous post, the co-mod mumumugen and I have come to a joint decision.

We would like to ask everyone to refrain from making posts asking for scanlations in exchange of retribution of any sort. The scanlators (we have about five or six) are all working hard and as fast as they can to bring the translations to everyone, so it's a bit unfair to the others to try and bribe people with things, when the other scanlators are asking for nothing for what they do.

Please check the scanlations tag as well as the Scanlations claims list to see what has been posted and what is waiting in the wings.

im realy sorry about that. I just blatantly wondred onto the hetalia communtiy, read all the scnalations, realized there was no canada, and made that request. I had no idea of the rules and waiting list ^^;
