Does anyone recognize this style or knows the artist of this?

5 years ago I fell in love with this pic and asked the artist if she could give me permission to use it as a 'Friends Only' banner on my Journal and she agreed. However I lost the pic and along the years I lost this girl's name. I recently found it again and I still like it as the first day and I'd LOVE to use it on my Tumblr. I've been searching through 2006+ art posts and I just can't find the original source. If you know her please let me know who she is so I can ask her if I could use it again and get her actual page so I can give her a proper credit if she let's me use her art.

/CHOKES BECAUSE THAT'S MINE??? Oh my gosh it's so old, and back then I was so young I didn't have a laptop of my own so I used my sis'... that's to say, I've even lost the original file but SO HOW DID YOU EVEN ASDFGHJ AAAAHHHH
