Are you proud of the character of your country?

Please, write what kind of nationality you are, and why you are proud of him/her. I am curious about your opinion. :)

I am Hungarian and really proud of Hungary's character. She was created very well. And because she was the very first female character in the Hetalia. And when she was little she thought she was a boy and really used to act like a boy! xD And a what kind of superb fighter proved to be in the battle against the Prussians.
It is I like in her as she used to take care of the little Italians. It is interesting for me she is yaoi fan. For a long time I did not know about there were so many Hungarians who like boy-boy things; only me. :D

I like Taiwan's character but I don't really know enough to really judge her character. I've only been there a few times and I've never lived in Taiwan so I've really only seen the food (yuuuuuuusssssssssss º w º) and things like that. I truthfully do not think that she's a VERY accurate representation, but with what I have seen, I guess that It could work :D

As for America... I'm kind of on both sides for now. Yes, he is funny and all but I see him as a bit obnoxious at times. I guess that It's just how more people beiw America now so I guess that in their eyes it might be accurate, who knows ^ ^ I'm kind of bothered by how a lot of people think that way though, I mean some Americans may be annoying but we all (probably) know someone like that and they might not even be American. Oh well.

As for both, I'm fine with their representations and wouldn't like it any other way :)
On a side note, I think that the countries are actually people themselves and that they don't exactly completely change due to their people changing. What their personality is like is based on stereotypes, but at the same time, the things that they went through make who they are, not only how their people are judged. I don't know, I just wanted to get that out there.... I digress ''OTL

I currently live in China (..~<3) so I'll just write some things about him. In my opinion, China is represented fairly well, but for some reasons, it could be seen that he's not. I like the idea of China being reminiscent of the past because there is a good reason for him to e like that, and I also like how he is depicted in other ways such as being, the asian older brother (PARENT/TEACHER OAO), and how he is trying to be "chic and cool" in his own way because it's just funny... Mostly because of the Asian parent stereotype...and the fact that my parents are like that so I can connect to his ways of ... teaching...? :P China is modernizing quickly so I see why he wants to be "chic and cool" (PFFt. Oh China you.) Otherwise, I feel as if the whole picture has not been portrayed just yet because there is more to China than that. Well, maybe I'm just bias, he is my favorite character after all..... and BTW the food here is awesome.. :3
