Cancellation or failure to complete orders will not be eligible for refunds and may result in negative feedback and a ban from sales.

Please only put an order or claim through if you are 100% sure to go through with it.

Please do not put an order or claim in if you are not sure to go through with it whether it be because of certain merchandise design/want or if you are unsure of finances. Orders and Claims cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. I cannot do any orders of a nature similar to: "I will only go through with this order if I get X item/character for sure." Those orders are not possible as certain items are randomly selected and nothing can be guaranteed.

Most participants of my orders are absolutely lovely and I have not had any issues with, but a few people did raise my concern on orders so I have to put this notice up.

Prices include the initial service fee for the Japanese shopping deputy I'll be using!

Claims List (Tenative):
Since this is a gacha event and the stamps cannot be directly bought in stores, I will be looking to buy them through other optionss

NOTE FOR TINS' CARDS:
Due to the nature of the random cards for the tin can, I cannot assure you of which character cards you will get. You cannot cancel your order or place an order that will be cancelled based on what character card you get.

If you are interested in specific characters, please let me know. I will open them up on your request and let you know - and if possible, I may be able to swap a few cards around depending on who is interested in which character. (i.e. Person A's tin has England and Russia but they want England and Japan. Person B's Tin has Japan and China but they wanted Russia and China. So in that case I will swap them around so Person A will get England and Japan and Person B will be able to get Russia and China.

Thanks! I just sent payment. And I totally forgot about the cards. I guess my preference is this: Prussia, Germany, Italy, Japan. But if it's hard to share the cards, I'm fine with anything, except maybe getting only Chinas because nobody else wants them. :D

I guess I'd like to combine the items, but please let me know if you're running out of room or if it's too much trouble. I have so many items and I don't want your place to turn into a warehouse.

Hmm there's actually a lot of merch that I want that's going to come out so I'm thinking it would probably be cheaper to order myself considering the shipping? IDK though so I'd like to figure out the costs(roughly). Do you mind if I ask how the pre-order stuff works on animate? If I were to place an order for in stock items and pre-order items would I get charged two domestic(within japan) shipping prices or would they hold all items to be shipped at once? Or is that not even possible to order since I see in these group orders that the dates of release are always important. I'm also guessing they probably don't have a free shipping once you reach a certain amount. Those tins are too cute though do you know how big they'll be? I'm pretty sure I'd have to go with bulk shipping since I also want a full set of the clearfiles too. OTL

Sorry for the delay! Livejournal and my internet have been acting up "orz

And it depends? Esp. with who you use as a shopping proxy and which items you want.
Normally with shopping service they will only keep your items for a month, but due to the various number of release dates you might end up paying for 2 or more packages shipped at different times to you, so more shipping costs @_@.

With shipping in Japan, normally they ship together only if they are released on the same date. So that means extra bank transfer fees/domestic shipping charges. Animate's default rate is 700 (bank and shipping) but if it's a lot of items it can go up to 1700 yen+ etc (for one of my orders I had it at 1900 yen for 5 box sets of charms lol).

Then you also have to take care because not all the items are available on Animate? Some of them are only through Movic's shop only and aren't in Animate. So, more fees and all.

So definitely check which items you want and when they're released to get a better idea 0:
